I have a lot of new followers and wanted to take this opportunity to reintroduce myself. My name is Tonya Pruett and I have been a Realtor® for 8 years.  I am married to my awesome husband of 17 years, Kevin, and we have 3 boys! We reside in Columbia County, GA. 
 
What do I enjoy about being a Realtor®?
1- I love all of the people I get to meet, hear their stories, and help fulfill their dreams of being a homeowner.
2 - Everyday is something new. Real Estate is never boring, and I thrive from adventure.
3- Finally, I never stop learning. Every contract is different, every situation is different, every home is different, and every client is different. I pride myself on being able to adapt to these unique situations and turning my clients into lifelong friends.
 
What are my hobbies outside of Real Estate? Our family hobby is Drag Racing. On the weekends I can be found at the racetrack doing smokey burnouts and speeding 150mph down the 1/8 mile. It’s an adrenaline rush like no other. Trust me when I say I am the fastest Real Estate Agent in the Greater Augusta area.
 
I am a certified Military Relocation Professional - Fort Eisenhower -  and I’m very experienced with helping military families using their VA benefits. I’ve had the privilege to help over 300 families buy or sell their home.
The biggest compliment that I receive from my past clients is the referral of their family or friends. I am THANKFUL for every one of you.
